We created a modern Valentine’s Day collection featuring our beloved signature colors, Cherry Red & Petal Pink. The key to this Valentine’s Day-themed party lies in the color scheme. Start by setting the scene with pink and red balloons and hanging heart-shaped party decorations.
Pop Park City created this eye-catching checkered balloon wall by alternating these pink and red balloon panels. These unique decorations are easy to inflate and secure to the wall. We recommend using balloon tape or a strong adhesive to ensure they stay in place for the entire celebration.
To complete the look, Pop hung a few heart-shaped balloons with ribbons on one side of the backdrop. We suggest creating some dimension by using various sizes and colors of balloons. Feel free to do the same with the ribbon, and tie it all together with a few hanging bows!
A well-styled tablescape is crucial for this celebration. We recommend starting with a pink and red patterned tablecloth. We chose a striped tablecloth to create some chic contrast, but a checkered tablecloth would be just as swoon-worthy.
Next, set the mood with coordinating Valentine’s Day decorations like bud vases or trendy candlesticks. This stylish tapered candle set is a must-have, especially for a Galentine’s Day spa day or paint and sip soirée!
No February 14th fête would be complete without a brimming bouquet. We chose to display this red and pink floral arrangement from Flower Bar Co at the center of our party table. It made a beautiful centerpiece and added a hint of romance to the tablescape.
For a touch of sophistication, we tied pink and red ribbons around the vase. We also added the same bows on each corner of the tablecloth. These are just small details, but they went a long way in making the entire set-up feel complete.
Practically made for mixing and matching, our Check Mate collection is vibrant and versatile. So, when it comes to styling each setting, the options are endless!
We opted to start with our Cherry Red and Petal Pink Premium Dinner Plates. Alternating each color, we layered them underneath our smaller Check Mate Heart Plates. (After all, more plates mean more helpings of heart-shaped pizza!)
Next, we added our Check Mate Heart Large Napkins at each pink setting and our Check Mate Heart Small Napkins at each red setting. To complete the look, we used red cutlery and checkered heart coffee cups with matching checkered straws.
If you want your settings to seem a bit more sophisticated, swap in some gold cutlery and pink coup glasses. After all, these paper party supplies are high-quality and refined, so they can be “dressed up” or down for any occasion.

More than just a delicious dessert, they made the cutest accent pieces on our party table! We displayed them on sleek cake stands to help them shine amongst all the patterns.
